Short Description   To identify and write articles and other content, such as speeches and thought leadership pieces, to inform, engage, and inspire external and internal audiences. The role will also support a broad range of corporate communications activities that shape the Company's culture and ensure team members are well informed of priorities and initiatives.Job Accountabilities & Activities   - Researches, writes and publishes stories and creative content for external and internal channels, including website, intranet, newsletters, and presentations.- Supports corporate communications team members with communications-related projects, including writing and editing copy.- Works collaboratively with the corporate communications team and key business partners to engage team members across all markets and levels of the organization in the company's purpose-driven work.- Drafts and maintains an editorial calendar.- Continuously strengthens industry and corporate knowledge and Interdepartmental relationships by using all available resources and opportunities to: 1) Builds knowledge of the industry, the organization's role and contribution to the industry and relationship to its peers; 2) understands each division's and department's contributions to corporate success, and 3) establishes strong relationships with peers and leaders across the footprint that contribute to efficient and effective communications within the organization.- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.- Performs other related duties as required.Education & Certifications   Bachelor’s Degree in related field Required Years of Experience   3 - 5 years minimum of relevant experience.
