Job Description - Assisting the Department Head in supervising daily operations. - Achieving the division’s operational and quality objectives. - Designing and implement operational strategy in the Department. - Ensuring the department’s processes are in compliance with ISO documentation. - Providing guidance and take on the role of a mentor to team members. - Facilitating continuous process improvements. - Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality within the division - Drive operations related projects & process improvements - Lead and coach staff to a high standard of performance, productivity and service quality - Proactively manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback and queries promptly - Ensure that the Bank’s policies, guidelines, operations control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
