Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Monitor credit quality of portfolio for risk recognition and assigning proper risk rating for each relationship.
• Predict early warning signals to avoid asset deterioration.
• Develop action plans for recovery and eliminating irregularities.
• Maintain constant contact with customer for business development & responding to day-to-day credit related issues or requests.
• Conduct spreading of company’s financial statements and industry analysis of corporate or commercial customers and analyze in a comprehensive write-up to assess the financial risks.
• Prepare credit proposals and short-term proposals.
• Provide marketing information related to existing customers.
• Follow-up with customers for settlement of obligations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accuracy in spreading and quality analysis.
• Turn around credit proposals and short-term credit proposals within benchmarked time frames.
• Follow up on documentation, submit the required documentation for approved clients to Credit Risk
• Follow up on sanctioned limit.
• Follow up on client's day-to-day transaction requests.
• Follow up on timely submission of reviews for renewal of facilities.
• Raise questions for in-depth analysis of customer's requirements.
• Implement marketing plan as per agreed objectives in order to maximize profitability and achieve business growth.
• Refer and obtain new business in form of deposit, new borrowing relationship.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma for UAE Nationals.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate banking, specifically preparing proposals and performing customer analysis.
