Description
Responsibilities: Independently calculate and validate remuneration and incentive payment on a meticulous manner for distribution channels. Accurately calculate and review compensation adjustments and incentive payments Timely manage compensation appeals and remuneration adjustment requests. Promptly address and resolve inquiries from distribution channels. Effectively handle complex issues or complaints Oversee the end-to-end system set up for onboarding and offboarding process for distributors. Execute orphan assignments and manage servicing agent changes effectively. Prepare remuneration reports to business partners. Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects. Qualifications: University graduate major in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or any equivalent disciplines At least 6 years solid experience in handling distribution compensation specifically within insurance industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing) Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline. Meticulous and good in numbers Organized and attentive to details Proven problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese Knowledge of the AS400 system is an advantage.
