This role is instrumental in improving reporting efficiency, delivering actionable insights, supporting business planning cycles, and fostering a data-driven culture. You will work closely with key stakeholders across departments to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.     Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Insights Prepare weekly and monthly management reports. Ensure accurate and timely management reporting with defined SLA targets. Deliver insights on revenue, demand, costs, and campaign performance to optimize ROI. In collaboration with other Finance stakeholders, close month-end reports within the Group deadline while maintaining monthly/quarterly checklists for closing and reporting activities. Budgeting & Forecasting Provide support in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Group timelines. Assist in monthly forecasting, delivering accurate and actionable outputs. Business Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering strategic and financial guidance. Build strong relationships through consistent engagement and high-quality deliverables. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support new financial policy simulations. Data Analytics & Visualization Support in the automation, standardization, and improvement of the end-to-end reporting process using Tableau and Excel, eliminating manual dependencies. Maintain comprehensive reporting, including P&L, Capex, and product-level views. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner to support decision-making. Capability Building Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team upskilling initiatives. Complete relevant analytical tools training to understand expectations and drive data-driven initiatives     Profile requirements:   High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work autonomously with a strong potential to lead a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and automation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification or progress toward (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, CFA) or similar is a plus. 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, or business partnering. Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
