Job descriptions: Gather the FIN user requirements on new products and other life system enhancement Perform user acceptance tests for financial transactions for life system enhancement Timely report the defects and issue observed in UAT to IT and project groups Coordinate with finance end users to seek for user requirement and acceptance sign-off Provide ad-hoc data extraction and analysis upon management and stakeholder requests Support the month-end closing process for IFRS 17 reporting under the ETL framework Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and readiness of financial data from multiple systems and stakeholders Perform data reconciliation and analytical review across ETL stages, in accordance with established process and control guidelines Provide support to end user teams in addressing IFRS17 related inquiries and conducting data investigations Contribute to ad hoc IFRS 17 ETL related enhancements and projects, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency Job requirements: Qualified Accountant (e.g. CPA, ACCA), or in the final stage of obtaining a professional accounting qualification, or Business Analysis experienced in Financial Accounting Related Project of Life Insurance Business Over 3 years of solid experience in life insurance financial reporting or finance project. Proficiency in managing large datasets using SQL or Python is an advantage Familiarity with life insurance products is preferred. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English.
