Senior Officer - HRIS   Position Description    The Kibali Gold Mine Team is seeking to recruit one (1) Senior Officer - HRIS to join and grow our team. Responsibilities: * Manages and administers the HRIS system. * Ensure that HR data in the system is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. * Develop, optimize and document digitized HR processes. * Produce periodic HR reports and ensure the availability of dashboards. * Provide technical support to system users and coordinate enhancement requests. * Participate in HR digital transformation projects. * Ensure strict compliance with Kibali's internal regulations and HR policies, including systems governance. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and ensure the smooth transfer of information between HR teams and management.  * Support HR communication processes and ensure that information systems facilitate effective communication between teams. * Assist the HR Department in the administration of all HR functions using the system. * Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compiled, updated, translated and accessible through HR platforms. * Monitor mentoring, performance and training programs through HRIS systems.  * Manage contractors' compliance with data in accordance with Kibali's HR strategy and regulatory requirements.  * Ensure a structured monitoring of HR operations via Dashboards, trackers, monthly reports and other analytical tools.  * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the quality of HR data, the accuracy of reporting, and the efficiency of decision-making processes. * Align with the principles of ISO 30415 diversity and inclusion, applied to all our processes, including recruitment. * Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, International Relations * Other relevant HR management system certifications  Experience and Skills Requirements:  * 5 to 8 years in HR, including at least 5 years in an HRIS or HR Operations role, ideally in the mining or industrial sector.  * Good command of HR systems (Oracle, SAP HR, SAGE, Element, X-Times or other HRIS).  * Strong ability in data management, reporting, analysis and process automation.  * Great attention to detail and precision in data management.  * Ability to interpret and implement HR policies in system frameworks.  * Ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information.  * Strong administrative discipline and ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain documentation that complies with legal and audit requirements What We Can Offer You: * A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and site-specific benefits * The ability to make a difference and lasting impact * Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team * Opportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues * Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization    Please forward applications before:  3rd April 2026 We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.
