Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, Website chat and Mail queries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the appropriate details, methods & tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Interact with e-commerce team to ensure the product is delivered on time without any pending

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in English
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Minimum 2 years of Experience as Customer Service agent
• Minimum 2 years in Retail Division
• UAE experience mandatory
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good in taking instructions and following them.
• Fast learner and ability to adapt.
• Team Player
