::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ::: Prepare vessel route plan and monitor execution for all vessels to support operational requirements such as cargo supply/backload, rig move, tanker berthing, buoy placement, crew change,DP operation, fuel, and bulks distribution. Monitor operations of all vessels to ensure each vessel comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Schedule safety inspections,vessel survey and maintenance program, and coordinate safety drills/exercise for the fleet. Support development of company emergency/evacuation plan.Distribute and notify routine weather forecast or navigation warning to vessels and offshore customers. Monitor vessel performance and report any deficiencies. Keep record of all vessel downtime and fuel/ bulk transfer discrepancy. Ensure that a close working relationship is developed with all relevant functions to ensure effective planning and communication realizes a safe and cost-effective operation. :: QUALIFICATIONS ::: Knowledge & Qualifications: Preferably an offshore supply chain, logistics and marine background. Minimum of 10 years in an appropriate Oil and Gas environment. Strong safety and environmental awareness. Proven leadership qualities. Experience within the Oil and Gas offshore industry that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the diversified aspects of this position. Demonstrate a proven track record in a supervisory / managerial role relating to offshore petrochemical support services. Skills: Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in both Thai & English, oral and written. Effective in planning and prioritizing work tasks. Personal motivation and self-learning ability. Ability to give presentations and to share meetings. Effective in people development. Ability to delegate work and follow up on results. Effective in controlling costs and developing and managing a budget. Proven skills in logical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
