We are looking for a Senior Officer to join our team and support our property sales, market research and compliance activities. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis on competing projects, pricing trends, and market preferences (e.g. flat mix, interior design, layout) to support sales strategies and pricing development Assist in analyzing sales data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows Maintain and update internal databases on daily sales, visitor traffic, booking status, and agent performance Handle client inquiries, property viewings and follow-ups to drive sales conversion Accompany buyers on site visits to introduce project details, layouts and pricing professionally Maintain good relationships with estate agency partners and coordinate their engagement in sales launches and briefings Support property closings, document signings and fund disbursements Assist in preparing and updating sales brochures and documentation for the Group's properties in accordance with the First-hand Sales Ordinance, including Preliminary Agreements for Sale and Purchase (PASP), formal Agreements for Sale and Purchase, and tender documents Support compliance of sales office and show flats, ensuring proper display of disclaimers and statutory documents for the Group's properties Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business or other related disciplines HKIS / RICS qualification is preferred / an advantage Holder of Estate Agent's License issued by the Estate Agents Authority in Hong Kong Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, preferably with property developers/advertising agencies with major property accounts Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, willing to learn and energetic Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using AI tools will be an advantage Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Officer role We welcome your application and look forward to seeing how your skills can shape our success.
