Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for all areas related to project and process management with specific focus on facilitating operational and control tasks of Student & Newcomer Ecosystem product offerings.
As part of the team, the candidate will be exposed to all areas of the product life cycle for the products under the Student & Newcomer Ecosystem. Key responsibilities would be:
1. Reporting and MIS
- Developing and supporting on-going reporting (dashboards, KPIs, etc.) and campaign analytical requirements (Pre & Post Implementation reports) for the Customer Base Marketing Revenue Management team Prepare trackers as required
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly presentations in discussion with manager
2. Provide support to the Manager on process management
- Timely reviews/management of product and process notes and SLA’s of the Bank.
- Coordinate with various control groups on review of various risks and controls of the product/process
- Actively working with the team on detailing the processes based on new product launches or enhancements
3. Product Development
- Support in timely product management and enhancements to ensure product competitiveness at all times. This may include partaking in UAT testing and coordinating with Product & Technology teams.
- Participate in developing Business Requirement Documents for projects/Improvements focused on enhancing customer experience, improving profitability and generating revenues
- Contribute to marketing material development with ideation and coordination with Marketing Group
4. Fulfilling the regulatory and risk management requirements of the retail products
- Support the teams in fulfilling the regulatory obligations of the bank towards the retail products under the Student Ecosystem
- Understand the regulatory requirements and risk profile of the student products and coordinate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure processes and controls are adequately developed and implemented.
- Ensure that all audit & compliance issues are adhered to within timelines.
5. Marketing and research
- Keep track of customer feedback and conduct consumer research wherever necessary to gain insights and improve products.
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements to identify new opportunities and assess potential impacts. Ensure risk issues are identified, mitigated and reported.
- Monitor new product launches or other developments being done by competitors.
- Coordinate with marketing team for development and delivery of marketing materials (videos, advertisements, digital posters, mailers, etc). Assist in developing and updating marketing and communication plans
6. Coordinate with departments for resolution of real-time issues and customer complaints:
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Technology, Product teams locally and in other geographies for timely solutions
- Engage with assigned consultants for resolutions related to their clients
7. Channel Support
- Coordinate with customer facing team members in providing process related support in handling customer queries / issues in a time bound manner
- Provide clarification and support to channels on sales data and business developments from time to time
8. Other duties and projects as assigned
