Key Responsibilities: Build a unified project database that includes all documents, reports, and lessons learned, and upload it to the company’s cloud storage. Provide administrative and technical support to project stakeholders by supplying them with the necessary templates, tools, and standards to ensure project success. Monitor project progress with implementers and ensure delivery according to the planned schedule. Contribute to obtaining approvals and performing clerical or documentation tasks when needed. Prepare project plans, define objectives and key milestones, and ensure accurate documentation of timelines and risks while following up on execution step by step. Track project progress regularly by monitoring performance, preparing periodic reports for stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are assigned to the right resources. Identify bottlenecks, issues, and risks facing projects or operations, escalate them to management, and provide practical recommendations and solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and ensure process integration across different departments to achieve organizational goals efficiently. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement. Experience working in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) company, preferably within the fintech, payments, or technology sector. Fluent in Arabic and Communication ability in English
