PLANNING

• Conduct and manage workshops and awareness sessions related to planning and government strategies in collaboration with the concerned entities.
• Contribute in designing the internal and external surveys, analyse the feedback and conclude with recommendations in report format, such as stakeholders’ and employees views and expectations related to future plans or specific topics.
• Conduct research and benchmark to support the line manager in the preparation of the analytical reports.
• Gather data and information from various sources to support the implementation of the strategy and operational plan planning processes.Assist the line manager in developing the GCAA strategic and operational plans

• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
