Follow up daily quality issue CCR & ICR and work with product lines head Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Quality function including Customer Complaint Rate & COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), Training Completion & Competency Achievement, Continual Process Improvement (ICR, Internal Audit & RCA and CAPA). Perform audit product lines, make alignment to the product lines of external audit requirements. Document management for External Technical, Quality and Traceability Audits (like TQP, TNFPMS, Mellow Color, Carter's Traceability, Decathlon SQA, ISO 9001 etc.)and accountable to ensure all required processes are in place Follow up customer complaints CCR, development sample. Lead the issue solving project and Lead RCA and CAP for any CCR / ICR or any internal non-conforming. Coordination the risk assessments. Laboratory follow up. Do PDCA and follow up Audit on corrective action plan & update nonconformance issue to QA manager Analysis external and internal complaints and take action plan Management of quality routines Management of control plan Skill management of the quality team Management the external Quality/technical/ product sustainability audit Site product Compliance and RSL management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 2~3 years experience in Manufacturing garments industry. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Excellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into understandable solutions for non-technical stakeholders. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quickly diagnosing issues and delivering solutions under pressure. Ability to analyze large sets of data from Ticketing systems and other digital tools to identify patterns, root causes, and areas for improvement.
