Job Description Senior Officer, United Overseas Bank Ltd Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer to contribute to the efficient and effective operations of United Overseas Bank Ltd. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support departmental objectives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Job Responsibilities * Execute daily operational tasks and processes with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to established procedures and deadlines. * Assist in the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. * Support the management of customer inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution while maintaining high service standards. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful completion. * Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry. * Proven understanding of banking operations, products, and services. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. * High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
