Description

Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems. Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities. Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime. Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports. Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities. Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal requirements. Support engineering improvement projects and energy-saving initiatives. Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and maintenance history records. Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
