Description

Overview We are seeking multiple Senior Cloud Administrators to join our team in managing and advancing the Okta Identity Platform. This is a high-impact role supporting the security posture and operational excellence of the Federal Reserve Board's identity infrastructure. The selected candidates will work with modern identity technologies while supporting enterprise-impacting initiatives at one of the nation's most important financial institutions. This work will be pefromed onsite in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support the Okta Identity Platform. Integrate applications with Okta IdP using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth. Configure and manage authorization servers, API access, and group access. Build and maintain authentication and authorization policies. Troubleshoot SSO issues, user access problems, and integration failures. Implement MFA and adaptive authentication rules. Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Okta administration experience. Strong knowledge of SSO protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. Experience with Okta Workflows. Understanding of identity governance and security best practices. Ability to work independently and respond to support requests. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a systematic problem-solving approach. Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation. Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment such as financial services, healthcare, or government. Customer service orientation with a commitment to operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications Okta Professional Certification. Experience with REST APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation. Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools. Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms. .
