Description

The Omnichannel Senior Order Manager is playing a critical role to design and own the Omnichannel Supply Chain process to fulfil orders, process returns and refunds across all E-commerce channels in Hunkemöller. They are the focal point to ensure a seamless customer journey.

GOAL AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proactively prevent system roadblocks that cause unhappy customers and extra manual handling by CS which results in refunds.
  • Takes the lead to optimize the E2E fulfilment process from order confirmation till entitled returns.
  • Monitor and analyse the E2E operation for E-Commerce global Channels, analyse root causes of non-performance and initiate mitigating actions.
  • Analysing means diving into orders and sales during specific period of time (SFCC, Adyen ,Oil, SAP, JD WMS ). Identifying missing revenue and also incorrect data information in those systems.
  • Performance overview of the systems, reporting on monthly basis to identify improvement areas and create business solutions.
  • Collaboration and alignment with product owners from different applications (SFCC, Adyen ,Oil, SAP, JD WMS ) and project managers.
  • Creates business cases to tackle lost sales caused by eg. mispicks, failed orders and returns.
  • Apply lean solutions in the day-to-day operation & initiate problem solving suggestions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or related;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail;
  • Good organization skills, solution-oriented, team player, strong attention to detail, analytically strong, assertive and have confidence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Problem‑solving orientation — adept at identifying issues and proposing practical, proactive solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset — works effectively with teammates, listens openly, and contributes constructively to group efforts.
  • Keen attention to detail — ensures work is accurate, complete, and error-free.
  • Analytical thinker — skilled at reviewing data or information, drawing insights, and making informed recommendations.
  • Confident communicator — comfortable asserting ideas clearly and respectfully, able to influence and guide others with conviction. Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal, any additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your scope will include all order flow system integration activities ; from order receipt, payment through allocation, to final delivery and potential returns. To do so, you will closely collaborate with SFCC, Adyen, OMS, SAP, WMS Product Owners, Omnichannel coordinators, Customer Service, 3rd party team, 3PL partners, carriers and project teams to guarantee smooth order flow resulting in prevention of systems faults.
Next to that, you will be the Omni Channel solution representative for related e-commerce processes and make sure all post sale interfaces in back-end are flawless to secure the best customer experience and revenue.
The Omnichannel Senior Order Manager is reporting to the Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager and part of the Global Omnichannel Business Unit reporting to the CTO.
