The Omnichannel Senior Order Manager is playing a critical role to design and own the Omnichannel Supply Chain process to fulfil orders, process returns and refunds across all E-commerce channels in Hunkemöller. They are the focal point to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Your scope will include all order flow system integration activities ; from order receipt, payment through allocation, to final delivery and potential returns. To do so, you will closely collaborate with SFCC, Adyen, OMS, SAP, WMS Product Owners, Omnichannel coordinators, Customer Service, 3rd party team, 3PL partners, carriers and project teams to guarantee smooth order flow resulting in prevention of systems faults.
Next to that, you will be the Omni Channel solution representative for related e-commerce processes and make sure all post sale interfaces in back-end are flawless to secure the best customer experience and revenue.
The Omnichannel Senior Order Manager is reporting to the Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager and part of the Global Omnichannel Business Unit reporting to the CTO.
