• Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, job requests, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of completed jobs.
• Support building operations, including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in copy/print services or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
