Job Description We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Onboarding Calculations Consultant to join our Award Winning PRT business. As a Senior Onboarding Calculations Consultant you will play a key role in supporting the transition and administration of Defined Benefit Pension schemes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, who apply technical expertise to complex benefit structures and help shape the onboarding experience for our clients and members. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you can work between your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you. What you'll be doing: Calculating individual Defined Benefit quotations and designing tailored communications Leading on complex schemes and acting as a subject matter expert for the team Reviewing and quality checking benefit calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new Defined Benefit schemes Designing and delivering training to support customer understanding and fair treatment Facilitating valuation updates, bulk transfers and other scheme activities Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth transitions and handovers Keeping stakeholders informed to support excellent customer outcomes Qualifications Who we're looking for: Pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of Defined Benefit Pension schemes and benefit structures Knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR, TCF and HMRC guidelines Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a technical pensions environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering good outcomes Confidence working independently and collaboratively across teams Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Responsibilities

The Senior Onboarding Calculations Consultant will support the transition and administration of Defined Benefit Pension schemes, calculating individual quotations and managing the onboarding process. They will also lead on complex schemes and ensure accuracy and compliance in benefit calculations.
