Key Responsibilities🔹 Onboarding Governance Framework Design and implement enterprise onboarding governance frameworks. Define onboarding policies, standards, and compliance controls. Establish onboarding stage-gate processes and approval workflows. Develop accountability models and RACI matrices for onboarding activities. Monitor onboarding KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards. Ensure alignment between onboarding processes and enterprise operating model. 🔹 Program & Project Oversight Govern onboarding streams within large transformation programs. Manage onboarding-related risks, issues, and escalations. Align onboarding milestones with overall program timelines. Provide executive reporting and decision-support insights. Lead cross-functional onboarding steering forums. 🔹 Operating Model Alignment Align onboarding processes with Target Operating Model (TOM). Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across business units. Standardize onboarding workflows across regions/functions. Support operating model transitions during transformation initiatives. 🔹 Business Management & Performance Ensure onboarding processes support strategic workforce and business objectives. Track benefits realization and onboarding value metrics. Drive continuous improvement across onboarding lifecycle. Conduct onboarding maturity assessments and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications & Experience 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, Business Management, or Operating Model Design. Proven experience designing enterprise onboarding or process governance frameworks. Strong background in Project/Program Management within complex organizations. Experience working within PMO, Strategy, or Transformation Offices. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
