Description

About this job

Who we are looking for

As a (Senior) Client Onboarding Manager (m/f/d), you ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our international B2B clients. You are responsible for the project and lead the process from defining requirements and setting up the systems to going live. You manage and coordinate external (clients & banks) as well as internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Tech) and are the primary contact person for both technical and business matters. As part of our onboarding team, you work independently and appreciate short decision-making processes across the entire cflox team.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading customer onboarding projects in close coordination with Sales, Operations, Legal, Product and Tech
  • Main contact person for B2B customers and banks throughout the entire onboarding phase for professional and technical questions as well as individual (project) requests.
  • Onboarding of new financing partners as well as further development and expansion of existing partnerships with banks/financing partners with regard to customer approach, onboarding process, payment processes and product integration.
  • Gathering feedback and input on project implementation to continuously improve our onboarding process and our entire product portfolio.

What you should bring

You are distinguished not only by your quick grasp of concepts, but also by your ability to present complex issues simply and clearly. At the same time, you find it easy to bring relevant stakeholders together, address their diverse requirements and needs, and thus lead projects to success effectively and efficiently. Independent and structured work is just as natural for you as enjoying teamwork. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamically growing environment, questioning, shaping, and continuously optimizing processes. You bring the following qualities to the table:

  • A completed degree, e.g. in economics, (industrial) engineering, or (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a consulting or financial environment, or a similar industry
  • Experience in independently planning and implementing projects
  • A strong technical aptitude, ideally in an international environment
  • Prior experience with corporate payments processes is advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, corporate finance and innovative solutions, as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of French or Swedish is a plus.

What we offer you

  • Scope for creativity: A diverse range of tasks in an innovative, modern payment institution in the heart of Hamburg, offering you plenty of room for initiative and personal development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Exciting, cross-departmental projects expand your daily business and offer you the opportunity to actively shape your workday.
  • Continuous development: Regular, constructive two-way feedback, individual training courses and an annual development budget that you can use independently.
  • Flexibility meets team spirit: Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model with currently at least two office days per week allow you to optimally combine your job with your private life without sacrificing closeness to the team.
  • Attractive and appreciative working conditions: Fair compensation based on your experience and responsibilities, 30 days of annual leave, a public transport job ticket, and Hamburg's best coffee.
