Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Onboarding & Project Manager, you will play a key role in steering complex customer projects, with a primary focus on enhancing customer value and accelerating ROI. You will be responsible for leading new customer onboarding projects, and driving stakeholder alignment across global, large-scale organizations. This role is crucial in navigating project complexity, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the project lifecycle is handled with expertise, from initiation through transition.
Your primary mission will be to ensure successful customer onboarding and project delivery, setting a solid foundation for clients’ transformation goals. This position calls for an individual with seasoned project management experience, strategic foresight, and the capability to build long-lasting relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead customer deployment projects, managing strategic, high-priority accounts through onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders within client organizations, aligning project objectives with customer needs and managing project risks.
  • Drive project success by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Professional Services.
  • Oversee multiple complex projects, typically ranging from 10–15 large-scale accounts simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Present and facilitate critical project meetings, including kick-off meeting, project status and debrief calls with senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop and customize onboarding plans to meet unique customer needs, adapting methodologies for optimal impact and early value realization.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in project methodologies, tools, and documentation standards and coach members of the team on this.
  • Manage resource allocation and bookings for the Professional Services team, ensuring project milestones align with consultancy capacity and client requirements.
