PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Exact Consultant with extensive knowledge of financial systems, particularly around General Ledger, Golden Ledger, and consolidation requirements. The role involves transforming SAP data for Exact uploads and ensuring compliance with international legislation and tax requirements.

SKILLS

Must have
Deep expertise in Exact software and financial systems.
Strong understanding of international finance legislation and tax requirements.
Experience in SAP-to-Exact data transformation.
Ability to train and mentor finance professionals.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
OneStream XF Platform
Deep expertise in configuration, integration, and reporting.
Financial Consolidation & Reporting
Understanding of multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting logic.
SAP Financial Data Integration
Experience with extracting and transforming SAP data for use in OneStream.
Corporate Performance Management (CPM)
Knowledge of performance metrics, dashboards, and financial planning.

Accounting Standards (IFRS/GAAP)
For accurate financial reporting.
Data Modeling & ETL
For managing data flows between SAP and OneStream.
Change Management & Stakeholder Communication
For onboarding new entities and managing reporting changes.

Lead transformation projects from SAP to Exact, ensuring accurate financial data migration.
Configure and optimize General Ledger and Golden Ledger structures in Exact.
Address consolidation requirements, cost place allocations, and country-specific legislation and tax compliance.
Provide training and support to Finance and Group Control teams on Exact functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs.
