Job Description We are seeking a talented Senior OpenText Content Server Administrator to support and optimize our client’s OpenText environment. This role requires hands-on experience with OTDS (Authentication), Archive Center, and cloud implementations (e.g., Kubernetes). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring, automation using PowerShell, and the ability to assess and resolve production incidents in collaboration with various IT teams. THE WORK: Manage and optimize OpenText Content Server and associated modules (e.g., OTDS, Archive Center). Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., Kubernetes) to improve scalability and performance. Monitor the health and performance of OpenText systems and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting. Troubleshoot and evaluate production incidents, working together with cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues. Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of OpenText environments. Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
