JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Oversee day-to-day operations , ensuring smooth and hassle-free execution of daily warehouse and operation.
   2.Monitor, evaluate and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality service.
2. Manage the delivery and execution of all operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, including operation management and IT resource to ensure smooth delivery of services to vendors and customers.
3. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement, plain and monitor maintenance of schedules including services contracts, quotations, invoices, delivery order and LOA.
4. Maintain all permits checklist e.g. IG, OD and ME.
5. Ensure staff adherence to operational procedures and accuracy in data entry and system processing
6. Supervising staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and feedback.
7. Enable to drive reach truck
8. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) to upskill warehouse and operation personnel.
   Job Requirement:-

. Minimum nITE/Higer NITEC holder

• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing and operation environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
