What you'll own:• End-to-end logistics ops: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile, distribution & customer service• Operational KPIs, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction targets• Drivers, riders, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners• Inventory accuracy, stock forecasting, and annual stock-taking• Cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring:• Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related field)• 5+ years in logistics (last-mile & warehouse) + fleet management• Strong people-leadership and stakeholder-management chops• Fluent in Arabic & English — written and spoken• Comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
