Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Operation Specialist to drive Trip.com’s lodging connectivity strategy across Europe. This role involves managing hotel tech partnerships, resolving integration issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product performance and service quality.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Manage Trip.com’s lodging connectivity partners for European hotels,.
  • Review mutual technical opportunities and issues, driving solutions from both the partner’s and Trip.com’s internal teams.
  • Develop plans with internal and external stakeholders to achieve various business goals from a connectivity perspective, including product competitiveness, service quality improvement, and business interruption reduction etc.
  • Provide effective connectivity training and support to Europe market management and operation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and tech teams to drive the development of connectivity technology.
