JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team and embark on a journey of continuous growth and leadership development. As a valuable member of our team, you’ll enhance your existing leadership abilities while acquiring new ones:

  • Your role will involve leading large teams of people in processing casework within agreed Service level agreements.
  • Your role will involve coaching, motivating, and guiding your team to foster a productive and organised environment, nurturing their skills, and navigating them through change.
  • With effective communication, you will transparently communicate our performance and inspire a drive for improvement amongst others.
  • As a proactive Senior Operational Leader, you will lead by example setting the standard for others to follow. Your confidence in making swift decisions will empower you to take ownership and be accountable for your teams’ actions.
  • As a leader, you will play a vital role in bringing to life our goals and values through continuous development. Your clear communication will help your team understand their significant contributions to the bigger picture.
  • Additionally, you’ll ensure that everyone operates in alignment with our Legislative Powers, fostering a cohesive work environment.
