DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Certifications in AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, or PMP.
• Knowledge of DataOps, Industrial IoT, and MLOps in mining.
• Experience in data architecture for mining (Data Lakes, Industrial Data Warehouses).

• Lead digital transformation initiatives in mining. Evaluate and oversee vendor proposals and implementations, ensuring compliance with technical and strategic requirements.
• Support and mentor data analysts across different teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT, Operations, and Analytics teams. Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient data use in decision-making.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance at all levels.
• Develop advanced analytics strategies to enhance decision-making through predictive and prescriptive models and optimization techniques.
• Implement analytical reports to identify deviations and define data-driven corrective actions.
• Deploy predictive models to anticipate key business conditions, reduce uncertainty, and improve planning.
• Implement integrated models with optimizers, providing specific actions to drive operations towards desired outcomes.
• Oversee and validate the availability of operational data for integrated analytics systems, including:
