Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst - Business Analyst Location: Austin, Texas Travel: 25%25 Job description: **Must reside in the US and be able to legally work in the US** Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our catalog items and products, driving development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic product thinking and tactical project execution. You'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing customer needs, and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. A core function will be writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams. Furthermore, you will manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining scope and quality. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand current state and document end to end process and system flows. Partner with architecture team to build out target state for systems. Work with IT and product vendors to come up requirements and high level design. Develops and prepares project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. Analyzes business systems specifications. Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria. Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope -Manage scope, schedule and quality. Lead requirements gathering sessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes -Identify needs and develop customized solutions. Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction. Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc. Contribute to the development of a strategic customer roadmap. Required Skills: Strong Business Analyst in the Pulic Sector Must have Tech Development Background Should be able to have discussion with Dev team on technical matters Good data analysis Skills Desired Skills: Good Communication (verbal & written) Client facing experience Tools including ServiceNow, ServiceNow ITSLM, Apptio ITFM and Digital Fuel ITFM and ITSLM along with others but those are a starting point.
