Our Market Operations Division at Macquarie is dedicated to managing all post-execution trade lifecycle processes across global financial Metals, Agriculture, Commodity Investor Products, Power, Gas, and Emissions markets. Based in Sydney, our energetic and highly skilled Commodity Markets and Finance Support Team provides exceptional client service to both internal and external clients of the Commodity Markets and Finance Division.

What role will you play?
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in processing and approving trade settlements, verifying deals against trade recaps/broker notes, drafting ISDA and bespoke confirmations and processing incoming confirmations from clients. You will be working with both the local and global Commodities and Global Market Operations team to drive identification and implementation of improvements in operational processes, from a control and / or efficiency perspective. Furthermore, your responsibilities will also include generating and approving confirmations, reviewing daily reconciliations, compiling regulatory/managerial reports, and collaborating with various groups within the Bank to implement operational improvements.
