Job Summary The Senior Operations Analyst with Genesco will sit at the Journeys Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN. This role blends data analysis, project management, documentation, and solution design, focusing on translating complex data into actionable operations decisions, managing project lifecycles, creating clear requirements (user stories, process maps), and ensuring solutions meet business needs through data-driven insights and stakeholder communication.
