Responsibilities: Support end-to-end trade lifecycle processing for Securities, Options, and Futures across US, HK, SG & MY markets Monitor trade capture, matching, clearing, and settlement to ensure timely completion Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, and reconciliation issues Process Money Market Fund (MMF) transactions including subscription, redemption and monitor fund cut-off times, NAV postings, and liquidity movements Handle Corporate Actions including dividends, rights, bonus issues, warrants, splits, and mergers Process client entitlements accurately for both mandatory and voluntary events Support Derivatives Operations including contract expiry, exercise/assignment, and margin events Process share transfers, stock withdrawals/deposits, and asset movements Perform daily cash, stock, trade, and fund reconciliations and resolve breaks promptly Maintain proper audit trails and operational documentation Liaise with dealers, client services, custodians, fund houses, clearing brokers, and exchanges on operational matters Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties/projects. Conduct system UAT testing, initiate change requests, and oversee system updates. Prepare and submit timely regulatory reports to Bursa Malaysia and Bursa Clearing. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting and/or related disciplines. Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia’s “Capital Markets Services Representative's License” (CMSRL) registered person/holder will be a strong advantage. Other relevant industry certifications are a plus. At least 3 years of operations experience in stockbroking industry, custodian services or financial institution. Less experienced candidate with sufficient level of related knowledge is welcome to apply. Experience in Malaysian capital market, Bursa Malaysia clearing & settlement and CDS process and custody services are preferable. Relevant experience in foreign market will be an added advantage. Willing to work in shift rotation (day/night shift) including public holidays. 5 working days per week. Language proficiency in English, Malay is a must, while Chinese is preferrable. Independent, self-motivated, and quick learning team player with strong time management skills. Able to work well under pressure, meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Passion and constantly seek improvement in work. Exposure to Derivatives (Options & Futures) and/or Money Market Funds preferred.
