Job Description About This Job Plans, supervises and controls operational activities and supports the process through management indicators, identify and correct operating problems and deviations from production plans and propose improvement actions. Responsibilities: • Preparation of work plans and supervision. • Ensure the quality (E2E) of daily scheduled activities. • Implementation of automations • Implementation of improvements and processes • Evaluate and act on production reports. • Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions. • Team management. • Provide support and information to the coordinator regarding the management of technical or human resources. • Supervise the execution of processes. • Train the rest of the analysts. • Follow the management model defined by the operation. • Can independently operate assigned operational procedures. • Acts as backup for the Coordinator. • Participate in and support the execution of new projects. Qualifications About you Manage large databases with charts and spreadsheets, and have experience coordinating staff, following directions, and implementing new ideas. Requirements Complete bachelor's degree in economic, administrative and computer science careers. Intermediate English 2 + years of experience in Database Analyst activities. Advanced Excel handling (pivot tables, filters, formulas, shortcuts, macros).
