We have offices in Central London, with a member support and technology centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, technology centres in Serbia, Romania, Lithuania and Hyderabad and offices in Gurugram and New Delhi, India ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Analyst, you will be a part of the marketing team and play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through detailed data analysis and reporting. You will identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business landscape. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping strategic decisions and optimising our growth metrics. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of business performance. Exploratory Analysis: Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights and trends that will inform business strategies. Insights Generation: Drive actionable insights from data to support decision-making processes across the company. Dashboard Development: Build Management Information System (MIS) Dashboards for central business units to facilitate real-time performance tracking Business Reporting: Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights available to the entire company. Growth Metrics Monitoring: Monitor, optimise, and report on growth metrics and split-test results to ensure continuous improvement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Must Have Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, VBA, Python) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. You have 1-4 years' experience in data analysis (Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, Python & SQL). You are a quick learner, multitasker and flexible with projects. You are analytical and data-driven with a strong KPI focus, well versed in conversion metrics and quantitative and qualitative data.
