Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange transportation and monitor vehicle movements.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and customs-related documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning.
• Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Prepare logistics reports and analyze operational performance.
• Support cost optimization initiatives in transportation and warehousing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of freight management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or related software) is an advantage.
