Job Req Number: 101573Time Type: Full TimeGeneral Responsibilities 主要工作职责 Overall responsible for FCL /LCL ocean export operation . 负责整箱、散货海运出口操作。 Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 Routing Task .日常工作安排。 Confirm the booking with overseas agent upon getting the booking from supplier .与国外代理根据客人的托单确认舱位。 Clarify the space with carrier and reserve the allocation .与船公司确认舱位。 Arrange tracking /stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP.要所公司标准流程来安排拖车、仓储、报关等事宜。 Update CW1 according to SOP .及时更新系统。 Issues the invoice in CW1. 开票。 Pre-alert to overseas . 向海外发预报。 Promote value add service to responsible clients .向客人推销增值服务。 Other routing task according to supervisor’s guideline . 按照主管指示完成其他工作。 Actively handle the claim & exceptions . 积极处理特殊及投诉事宜。 Backup for someone who is absence .员工休假时的替补。 Positively cooperate with other internal department ,Fin/doc/sales dept .积极与内部财务、单证、销售沟通。 Dedicated carrier space coordination .日常舱位的协调。 DSV – Global transport and logistics Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
