Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit (HKTS) crisis response manuals, protocols, facilities, and related equipment Plan, implement, and regularly review the HKTS crisis response programme, incorporating lessons learned Benchmark industry best practices and explore new crisis response applications to drive continuous improvement Coordinate crisis response and recovery activities and maintain communication with HKTS Business Units for feedback Execute and support quality projects to improve operational processes in line with management direction Perform management assigned tasks and provide general support on operational excellence initiatives Requirements: Degree in Transportation, Business Management or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience preferable in railway operations, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level Hands on experience in quality management, quality improvement project or crisis management is preferred Training and experience in quality assurance activities, including development quality assurance systems and organizing promotional events to cultivate quality culture Strong analytical, interpersonal, and supervisory skills, supported by a positive and proactive work attitude Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
