JOB DESCRIPTION :

Handle site property management/maintenance
Responsible for leading a team of maintenance officers / security officers & technicians in controlling and implementing building maintenance operations
To submit proposals for rectification and A&A works.
Manage and monitor operation expenses, including budgeting and forecasting Capex and Opex.
To coordinate with the tenants on fitting-out works.
Attend to tenants request on site
Liaise with and supervise both term and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance
Manage and monitor operation expenses, including budgeting and forecasting Capex and Opex.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Real Estate, Building Management or its equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience in the management of residential properties
Able to work independently and possess good writing skill is an advantage
Pleasant personality, dynamic and self-oriented, with effective leadership and organizational skills
