NEW BUSINESS (MEDICAL & LIFE):

1. Ensuring none of the new queries relating to medical insurance go unanswered.
2. Review the new prospects and analyze their claims experience.
3. Requesting complete information from the client regarding the census, TOB and Loss ratio if applicable
4. Conducting thorough assessment of the client’s insurance needs and providing customized recommendations, resulting in client satisfaction.
5. Maintaining the client’s confidentiality’s & meeting the client, if necessary, in product and policy presentations
6. Design and maintain a broking market sheet (GSIB comparison Template) separately for Medical & Life.
7. Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients
8. Welcoming the clients with the Escalation Matrix for easy understanding
