We are hiring for Senior Operations Executive- Soft Services who will oversee Soft Services, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, resource management, and budget control.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• More than 8+ years of experience in FM - Soft Services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Industry relevant certification in addition to Higher secondary education.
• BIC’s Certification is added advantage.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory and own car is added advantage.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

• Ensure a smooth handover from the previous provider and proper transition of services.
• Review scope, highlight issues, and manage service agreements.
• Lead mobilization meetings and oversee project plans, risks, and reports.
• Coordinate mobilization projects, ensuring objectives, milestones, and timelines are met.
• Work with FM Manager and leadership to set priorities and deliverables.
• Allocate resources, mentor teams, and oversee in-house & outsourced projects.
• Provide regular updates on project risks, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure HSE compliance, risk assessments, and supervisor training.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure team efficiency, and manage escalated issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, IT, and Communications for policy adherence.
• Maintain proactive communication with leadership and support teams.
• Represent the team in HSE meetings and set a strong safety example.
