Job Description: Senior Operations Leader – UKI Market (CXM & Media/Creative Practices) Location: BLR/ Mumbai/Pune (Hybrid/Remote options available) Reporting Line: Global Head of Operations Role Type: Full-Time | Internal Mobility Opportunity DCF – 50 Role Summary We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic operations leader from within our organization to take ownership of operations across the UKI market, spanning both CXM ( including D&T) and Media/Creative practices. This role is pivotal in deepening our engagement with UKI market strengthening relationships with UKI stakeholders, and driving operations excellence across a complex, multi-practice portfolio. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in global environments, understands our internal operating model, and is ready to elevate our UKI operations footprint. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Operations Leadership Own operations across CXM, D&T and Media/Creative engagements in UKI Drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement Stakeholder Partnership Strengthen relationships with UKI market stakeholders and internal business leads Act as the operations voice in strategic conversations, translating business needs into operations outcomes UKI Engagement & Growth Deepen collaboration with UKI teams to scale operations capabilities Identify and activate growth opportunities within existing accounts Global Team Collaboration Partner with global operations teams, including EU-based captives and offshore hubs Navigate matrixed structures to align operations goals across geographies Governance & Risk Management Implement operations governance frameworks and manage escalations proactively Ensure compliance with internal standards, client contracts, and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR) Required Experience & Skills Minimum 20 years of operations leadership experience, preferably within CXM, or D&T and/or Media/Creative domains Proven success in leading global teams and working with EU captives and shared services Strong understanding of UKI market dynamics and stakeholder expectations Experience managing multi-practice engagements and navigating complex operations ecosystems Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills across cultures Familiarity with internal operations tools, governance models, and reporting frameworks Preferred Profile Currently operating in a senior operations role and looking to expand market ownership Strong internal network and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams Passionate about client success, operations innovation, and scaling impact across regions What’s in It for You Strategic visibility and ownership of a key growth market Opportunity to shape operations outcomes and influence global practices Career progression within a high-performing, globally connected team Location: Bengaluru Brand: Dentsu Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Can’t find a suitable job?
