Job Overview
As the representative of Vanderlande and first point of contact with the customer, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager builds the team at site and leads the day-to-day management of the operations & maintenance.
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including personnel management (such as directing staff and conducting annual reviews), ensuring safety compliance (including maintaining WHS standards), overseeing operations to meet service and maintenance benchmarks, addressing daily operational and technical issues, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets.
Reporting directly to the Lifecycle Services Director APS APAC, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager sets the standard for the team through his/her work ethic and behavior, continuously enhancing and professionalizing the site-based service team.
Although this position works during business hours, the Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager would be expected to be available as a point of contact outside of business hours as reasonably required (ex. incidents and escalations).
