We are recruiting a Senior O&M Superintendent to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation. The Opportunity We are excited to announce a newly created position designed to directly support and employer our National Operations & Maintenance Manager. This dynamic opportunity is all about taking ownership of key operational tasks and driving efficiencies, allowing the manager to focus on strategic growth and innovation. Key responsibilities: Manage and coordinate a national team of O&M Superintendents and O&M Supervisors to deliver Maintenance and Operating Services across the Defence Fuel Network (DFN). Ensure Maintenance and Operating Services are delivered in accordance with the DFMS and DFIMI the FNC Annual Works Plan Participate in Workforce Planning by overseeing personnel movements to meet surge requirements. Ensure proactive personnel management processes, consultative processes are in place Ideal attributes The following Ideal attributes are highly desired, but if you do not tick all the boxes, you could still be a great fit.
