Senior Operations Manager Are you a senior operations leader who excels at building high-performing teams, driving innovation and using technology to transform ways of working? We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to build and guide a high-achieving, cross-border team supporting Aon’s Human Capital business. Based in Ireland, and reporting to the Head of Operations, this position will be instrumental in changing how operational delivery supports Wealth, Health and Talent. What the day will look like The Middle Office is a cross-border team (Ireland & Krakow) delivering operational, technical and governance assistance. It unites: Digitalisation Team – developing scalable solutions using tools such as Power Apps, dashboards and AI (including Copilot) Client Services Team – providing operational and governance assistance to consulting teams As Lead, you will bring these teams together to streamline processes, improve delivery and drive efficiency, innovation and consistency across the function. Key responsibilities include: Leading and nurturing a high-achieving, international operations team Defining and implementing the Middle Office strategy aligned to business priorities Partnering with senior collaborators to identify and centralise operational activities Leading efforts in process standardisation, governance, and outstanding service delivery Bringing to bear digital tools and AI to improve efficiency and transform delivery Monitoring performance through important metrics, SLAs and reporting insights Leading change initiatives and embedding continuous improvement How this opportunity is different Opportunity to build and compose a new, strategically important function High visibility role with strong senior leadership sponsorship Direct impact on how consulting teams operate and deliver value Exposure to digital transformation and AI-led innovation Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven operations leadership experience (professional services or similar) Track record of leading multi-disciplinary, ideally cross-border teams Experience in transforming processes and improving how services are delivered Strong collaborator management and communication skills Ability to lead change and implement new technologies Data-driven approach with strong analytical capability Inclusive leadership style with a focus on team development #LI-SS2 2580741
