JOB PURPOSE
CCS is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Retrofit to lead and oversee the nationwide retrofit delivery programme, currently spanning four regions, with plans for expansion.
This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless client relationships, and maintaining financial and programme delivery while upholding our commitment to first-class service. Reporting directly to the Head of Retrofit, you will manage Operations Managers, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with CCS’s quality standards.
