As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Dallas Headquarters operationsand oversee multiple client sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the private security industry (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple sites and large teams.
  • Strong client communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent report writing and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of Texas DPS regulations and security industry best practices.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring that security personnel are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service. This role will serve as a key liaison between clients, site supervisors, and executive management, ensuring strong communication, compliance with company standards, and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day operations for multiple client sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise site supervisors and security staff.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, performance evaluations, and operational audits.
  • Prepare and deliver professional reports to clients and executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new clients.
