Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead the delivery of IFM services in line with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, company procedures, and statutory requirements.• Manage multiple FM contracts safely, efficiently, and profitably.• Develop and implement Contract Management Plans and continuous improvement strategies.• Monitor contractual performance, challenge performance metrics, and drive service improvements.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.• Lead multidisciplinary site and IFM teams and ensure consistent operational standards across contracts.• Drive initiatives focused on operational efficiency, energy reduction, cost optimisation, and best practices.• Lead the effective implementation and utilisation of CAFM systems for proactive and reactive performance reporting.• Develop workforce, succession, training, and career-development plans to strengthen team capability and retention.• Set clear objectives for direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 meetings, and promote a high-performance culture.• Work closely with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, development, and retention strategies.• Support contract renewals, customer improvement plans, cost-reduction initiatives, and wider FM business improvement programmes.• Support bid and work-winning teams in evaluating and developing new business opportunities.• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and commercial opportunities.
