Description
About Us Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming the way buildings run. In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 250 buildings. Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s lives. Overview We’re hiring a Senior Facilities Operations Manager who lives at the intersection of process and product design, execution, AI-driven transformation and people leadership. This role is for someone who doesn’t just design systems - but makes them work, at scale, through teams and technology. You are equal parts strategic operator and relentless executor. You understand how strategic decisions translate into real-world workflows, and you know how to turn ambiguity into clean, repeatable processes. Most importantly, you’re a true people leader who raises the bar for execution, accountability, and ownership across the organization. What You’ll Do Own operational execution end-to-end across teams, ensuring priorities turn into measurable outcomes Translate the company’s vision into scalable processes, workflows, and operating rhythms Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and failure points and fix them decisively Drive AI and automation across operations - redesigning workflows so machines handle repetitive work and humans focus on high judgment tasks Build, document, and continuously improve core operating systems (tools, SOPs, metrics, dashboards) Lead, coach, and develop managers and ICs - creating a culture of ownership and high performance Build a culture where metrics matter, loops get closed, and “we’ll get to it” is not a thing Step in when things are messy, urgent, or broken - and get them back on track fast What You Bring Proven experience as a senior operations leader in a fast-moving, product-driven environment AI-first mindset: Proven track record of implementing AI and automation in operations, replacing manual work with shipped systems. Strong process mindset: you instinctively design for scale, clarity, and repeatability Deep understanding of how product, tech, and operations intersect Exceptional execution skills - you ship, you close loops, you deliver Data fluency: you operate with KPIs, dashboards, root cause analysis, and clear narratives Natural people leader who earns trust, gives direct feedback, and develops talent High judgment, low ego, and comfort making tough calls Nice to Have Experience running multi team operations across different work types (reactive support + scheduled field work + financial workflows) Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Looker, PowerBI, Airtable, N8N or similar ops stacks What Success Looks Like Stronger leaders in place across ops teams, with higher accountability and morale Operating rhythms are real and consistent, and teams are executing with clarity Core workflows are documented, measurable, and actually followed Manual work is systematically replaced by automation and AI, improving speed, margins, and quality Product launches have clear readiness gates, training, and post launch monitoring Fewer recurring fires, faster resolution when issues happen, better quality and customer outcomes Compensation The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, which will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements null
